Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund for a course or event on the EmpowRyse website. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to be fair and transparent while ensuring the best possible experience for all our students and members. 

1. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course or event on the EmpowRyse website, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before the start of the course or event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the course or event, no refunds will be provided.
2. Refund Policy We offer two types of refunds: Cash Refunds and Batch Change Refunds. Please review the details below to determine your eligibility and the process for each type of refund. 
Cash Refund
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a cash refund, students must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined above.
  • Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days from the date of the approved request.
Batch Change Refund
  • Eligibility: Instead of offering refunds, we provide learners the option to switch to a different course or a different batch of the same course.
  • Conditions:
    • If students have attended more than 6 hours of live or recorded sessions, they will not be eligible for a batch change.
    • If students have attended less than 6 hours of live or recorded sessions, they may request a batch change.
    • Requests for a batch change must be made within 6 hours of attending the session.
    • Students must confirm their new batch within 3 months from the date of the batch change request.
  • Process: To request a batch change, please contact us at support@empowryse.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
